What is it about?

This data protection declaration meets the legal requirements for transparency in the processing of personal data. This includes all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. * Restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed, the processing is unlawful, we no longer require the data and you refuse to delete it because you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO

Provision of the website

The collection of data and storage in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website. There is no right of objection to the processing due to the exception according to Art. 21 Para. 1 DSGVO. Insofar as the further storage of log files is required by law, processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the data, but it is technically impossible to call up our website without providing the data.

Google Tag Manager

Nature and scope of the processing

We have integrated components of Facebook Plugin on our website. Facebook Plugin is a service of Facebook Ireland Ltd. and offers us the possibility to aggregate content from the social media platform and display it on our website.

When you access this content, you connect to servers at Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, and your IP address and, if applicable, browser information such as your User Agent is transmitted. We use Shopify CDN to properly deliver content from our Web site. Shopify CDN is a service provided by Shopify, Inc. that acts as a content delivery network (CDN) on our Web site to ensure the functionality of other Shopify, Inc. services. Nature and scope of the processing

We have integrated components of Shopify Checkout on our website. Shopify Checkout is a service of Shopify, Inc. and offers online payment solutions worldwide.

When you select Shopify Checkout as your payment method, your information required for the payment process is automatically submitted to Shopify, Inc. 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada.

The following information is typically collected during this process: Name, address, company (if applicable), e-mail address, payment information, telephone and mobile phone number and IP address.

Purpose and legal basis

The use of the service is based on the execution of a contract, i.e. for the processing of payment transactions in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. DSGVO.

Newsletter

Nature and scope of the processing

If you register on our website to receive our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address and store this information together with the date of registration and your IP address. You will then receive an e-mail in which you must confirm your registration for the newsletter (double opt-in). If you do not confirm the registration within 14 days, the registration will automatically expire and the data will not be processed for sending the newsletter.

To send the newsletter we use a service from Shopify Mail. Shopify Mail is a service of Shopify, Inc. which processes your personal data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. By unsubscribing from the newsletter, you can declare your revocation at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data, but the newsletter cannot be sent without providing your data.

Storage period

After registering for the newsletter, we store the data for a maximum of 14 days until the registration is confirmed. After successful confirmation, we store your data until you revoke your consent (unsubscribe from the newsletter) and for technical reasons for a maximum of 7 days beyond that.
